Grading intake

Send your cards to the grader, without the guesswork.

List what you're sending and choose how it's handled. To keep international shipping and DHL round-trip insurance costs as low as possible for everyone, all cards are submitted using a pooled batch model. We'll generate a manifest with a scannable code the moment your package reaches our intake facility.

Before You Ship

Submission Best Practices

Do

  • Include your order number: Always place a note with your order number inside your parcel.

  • Use fresh protection: Place cards into clear, loose-fit penny sleeves and clean semi-rigid card savers.

  • Maintain your sequence: Pack your cards in the exact order they appear on your digital submission queue.

  • Check your details: Ensure your return shipping address is perfectly up to date on your account dashboard.

Don't

  • Use Sellotape: Never use sticky tape to seal the tops of semi-rigid card savers.

  • Use untracked shipping: Avoid the standard post office. Always use secure, tracked local options like Pudo or The Courier Guy.

  • Use tight or coloured sleeves: Do not use tight-fit inner sleeves, ETB sleeves, or sleeves with coloured backs. Clear is required.

  • Use rubber bands: Do not wrap your submission tightly in elastic bands, as this can permanently dent card edges.
